At Sugarhouse Barbeque Company, our signature style is Memphis style barbeque. If you’re expecting ribs laden with sauce that masks the true, delicious flavors of the meat itself, you’re in the wrong place.

True Memphis style barbeque focuses on enhancing the natural flavors of the meat through a process called dry rub. A special blend of spices is rubbed into the meat, which is then slow smoked for several hours.
